  3. Heat oil in flat large pan.Flatten the balks lightly at top to form thick ish disks Use two beaten eggs to coat and can use some rice flour or maybe even plain flour or crushed oats..to coat..otherwise can just use the egg by itself..
  4. Fry batches at a time here did about 8 ×3,batches take out onto towel paper.and serve with sauces of choice bismillah enjoy..tip is try not to poke them as they may burst break in the oil..use a flat spoon or alike to turn them
