Remove the bowl. Refrigerate for about 30'-35', stirring every 10' or until slightly thickened. Beat with a hand-held electric mixer until soft peaks form (do not over-beat).Immediately spoon Ganache on top of Brownie. Smooth over top surface with the metal blade.
